Terms & Conditions
1- The customer must provide sufficient information about their business data (Photos, Videos, Content, etc.) on time to the King Graphics Team.
2- The customer can be able to upgrade their contract at any time.
3- If the Customer Requests cancellation of the contract before the end of the contract date, they must inform the company one month in advance, between the 25th-27th days of the month.
4- If the Customer Requests cancellation of the contract before the end of the contract date, they must inform the company one month in advance and pay the penalty for one month.
5- The activity strategy calendar schedule plan will present to the client at the beginning of the project and the client must provide the required information & files to the content production team as soon as possible, which is 10 days before the post upload date. Which is 3-4 days to produce content and get client approval, and the posts are ready to be published seven days in advance according to the schedule.
6- If the client is late in providing sufficient information and files to the content production team, which delays the production of the content, and also if the customer is late in reviewing and approving the content beyond the time allowed, King Graphics reserves this right that has to refrain from completing and publishing those posts and it will be the responsibility by the client.
7- To use the services of photography and video sessions, the Client must inform and make a booking 10 days in advance.
Payments Terms
1- The Client must pay in advance for the service fees first each month.
2- The Client can also pay the full amount of the contract at once time.
3- The Amount paid will not be refundable after signature and the start of the contract.
4- If the client does not make the subscription payment on time, the service will be stopped automatically until the payment is made.
